Rap-rocker Kid Rock, who has been dating Pamela Anderson since April, to The Associated Press on why he has stopped wearing his trademark fur coats:
“I’ve been respectful of the PETA thing. I know she’s been involved in that and it means a lot to her. I try not to wear real fur anymore. … It’s not like I’m changing my way of life, it’s like, out of respect I don’t do that. I still eat meat and all that though. That’s who I am as a person, and she understands that.”
