Justice and The Biebs

Happy Justice week, Hollywooders!

We are Beliebers. And you know this! (Insert thousands of clapping hands emojis, friends.) It’s the truth, Justin Bieber is a man we adore. We can’t get enough of his amazing evolution—which has been filled with so much growing and thriving. Like, so much.

March has been a pretty stellar month for our favorite Canadian import (no offense to lumber, another great import)

The “Holy” singer kicked off the month on the first by celebrating his 27th birthday—and so many people enjoyed that. You know, like us (duh), DJ Khaled, Chance The Rapper, Millie Bobby Brown, Kylie Jenner, and his wife Hailey Bieber – who posted a series of sweet photos on Instagram to honor her main squeeze.

On Sunday night, he won his second Grammy (go, Biebs!) for “10,000 Hours” – his super catchy collaboration with Dan + Shay. He also dropped his second collaboration with Crocs. Heck yeah, that’s cozy! We live for cozy.

And today (March 19), Justin is dropping his sixth studio album Justice

Justice will be Justin Bieber’s second album in just 13 months (…and that feels goooood, friends). Last year, Biebs blessed us with Changes on Valentine’s Day—and that was a super nice and thoughtful V-Day gift. Thank you, Justin Bieber. The album debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 and spawned bops like “Yummy,” “Intentions,” and “Forever.”

Even before Justice was released, it is already responsible for generating a few sizable hits like, “Holy,” “Lonely,” “Anyone,” and “Hold On.” Which one is your fav?

If the recently revealed tracklist is any indication, we can certainly expect more hits off Justice
On March 10, Justin Bieber took to Instagram to give us a lil’ tease of what he’s got in store for the album. The post was a little cryptic but also oddly straight-forward—ya know, like one of those simple-yet-infuriating clues at your local Escape The Room franchise. OK, that said, based on what we surmise, it looks like the album will be packed with 17 tracks and will feature the likes of Khalid, Benny Blanco, Daniel Caesar, Giveon, and The Kid Laroi.

When announcing Justice late last month, Justin Bieber said it will be his “small part” in providing both comfort and justice for those feeling helpless. “In a time when there’s so much wrong with this broken planet, we all crave healing and justice for humanity. In creating this album my goal is to make music that will provide comfort, to make songs that people can relate to and connect to so they feel less alone. Suffering, injustice and pain can leave people feeling helpless,” he explained.

Ah, we love seeing Justin Bieber on the upswing like this

Justin is a do-gooder now, Hollywooders. He deserves this precious moment in time. It feels right. It feels good!

It wasn’t long ago when Justin Bieber was acting super fresh and rude, remember? At the time of his questionable behavior, however, there was so much going on in his world that we weren’t aware of.

Last year, the curtains were pulled back a bit in the YouTube docuseries, Justin Bieber: Seasons. We were treated to an intimate look at JB and his world in ways that we hadn’t previously experienced.

We saw how madly in love he is with Hailey Bieberswoon! (Dang! They are just crazy, super cute, right?) And of course, we saw him do things like wear very baggy clothing, sing into microphones, act silly and goofy, spin and twirl, and also spin and twirl while dancing sometimes, etc.

Episode five, though, is where things got a lil’ heavy. The series shifted its focus to Justin Bieber’s battle with addiction and his challenges with his mental health. The episode started with an honest confession about how much he loved marijuana.

Later, he revealed how his addictions dangerously took him off course

With a megawatt spotlight illuminating Justin Bieber’s every move for the masses to scrutinize and judge 24/7, our favorite dude on “Despacito (Remix)” (sorry, Daddy Yankee), attempted to escape by self-medicating. He progressed from marijuana to illegal drugs. He claimed that was abusing “everything.” He decided that he wanted to get clean when he “felt like I was dying.”

He has put in a lot of tough and taxing work to address his demons, though. (Go on and drop more of those clappy hands, please.) Trading illegal drugs for antidepressants, his journey took a positive turn. He found god and committed to Hailey Bieber – which is kind of like one-in-the-same, right? C’mon, Hailey Bieber is heavenly, and Justin Bieber and Hailey are couple GOALS.

Fresh off his Grammy win, and committed to his recovery and overall well-being – now is certainly Justin Bieber’s time. We’re here for it!
