Based on the ratings, not too many people are aware that Scrubs is still on the air -– but now it may really be gone for good, according to Zach Braff.
The longtime star of the hospital sitcom has posted the following status update on his Facebook page: “Many of you have asked, so here it is: It appears that ‘New Scrubs,’ ‘Scrubs 2.0,’ ‘Scrubs with new kids,’ ‘Scrubbier,’ ‘Scrubs without JD’ is no more. It was worth a try, but alas … it didn’t work. ZB”.
An ABC rep insists that no decision has been made yet regarding the series, but yeah, don’t be surprised at all if Braff’s status update holds true.
