The second season of Jersey Shore premieres tonight, but because we live in a society where we’re always careful to buy more Kosher salt when we’re running low – unsalted cucumbers just aren’t worth it — we’re getting excited for an addition to the cast that’ll come in the third season (which is filming right now).
Her name is Deena Nicole Cortese. She’s 23 and get this: ACTUALLY FROM NEW JERSEY! She’s replacing Angelina Pivarnick, who’s back on the show this season but got too greedy in terms of her salary and MTV producers told her to pack her trash bags because she had lost her spot on the show for next season.
Deena graduated from high school in 2005 and went to community college. She may have humble beginnings, but this girl is already all over websites like TMZ and Gawker because of her stupendous (and since deactivated) account on Myspace, where’s she’s “ ADDiCTiVE & EXPENiIVE LIK3 COCAiNE!” and takes the time to impart wisdom upon us all (for when Obama’s on an airplane to the Gulf and is unavailable due to Air Force One’s altitude), like “Why give people the satisfaction of letting them get the best of you when you already clearly know that they envy you?” CLEARLY!
But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. We have a lot more drunk dialing on the duck phone to do before Deena steps on the scene (and thinks it’s a vase or something).
