How I Met Your Mother is, when you get right down to it, a mystery. It’s got a few more laughs than your typical Sherlock Holmes story (although if you get a couple of glasses of wine in you, The Hound of the Baskervilles is hilarious), but it’s driven by the viewer’s need to know: WHO IS THE MOTHER? The preview for the upcoming season depicts the gang celebrating a wedding. But whose wedding it is, that’s yet another mystery. Although there have been hints, it looks like we’ll have to wait until the premiere to find that out… and to find out just what is going on between Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) and Robin (Cobie Smulders). And, hopefully, maybe find out a little something about the MOTHER!
How I Met Your Mother premieres Monday, September 19 on CBS.
