Rock singer and actress Courtney Love suffered a miscarriage on May 15 while making her upcoming film 24 Hours in Vancouver. After seeing Love bleeding for several days, 24 Hours director Luis Mandoki put her in a car and insisted she go to the hospital, Love‘s spokeswoman, Heidi Schaeffer, told the New York Daily News. “It was very early in the pregnancy,” Schaeffer said. The identity of the father remains undisclosed, although Love, 36, has recently been romantically linked to actor Russell Crowe. Previously, she reportedly had a rocky romance with her music manager, Jim Barber, who flew to Vancouver to comfort her after her miscarriage. Love has a 9-year-old daughter, Frances Bean, by her late husband, Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide in 1994.
