Actor Don Johnson, who was accused of grabbing a woman on her way to the bathroom and making lewd suggestions, will not be prosecuted by the San Francisco district attorney’s office, The Associated Press reports. The Nash Bridges star and his spokespeople have denied the incident, which allegedly occurred in a San Francisco sushi bar. This is the second time Johnson has been accused of sexual impropriety. The first, a 1997 sexual harassment accusation by two women, was settled out of court.
