New York filmmakers Rob and Web Stone have agreed to turn over “suitcases of documents” to Woody Allen that could prove to be helpful in Allen‘s law suit against his former friend and producer, Jean Doumanian, New York Post columnist Neal Travis reported Wednesday. The Stones reportedly won substantial damages in a settlement with Doumanian after claiming in a law suit that she took their script, changed the title and planned to produce it as her own. Travis quoted a source as saying that Allen‘s lawyers are “going through the mountain of depositions that were produced in the pretrial proceedings” in the Stones’ case.
