COURT WATCH: Anna Nicole Not Happy

Just call us Anna Nicole Smith central from now on.

In our continuing efforts to bring you a daily dose of Anna Nicole, we hereby offer our curious readers the latest development in the 32-year-old ex-Playboy playmate’s court case: Yep, she is heading back to court.

After a Houston judge rejected her lawyer’s request for a mistrial Wednesday, Smith duly announced Thursday that she would return to court next week, Reuters reports.

But before she actually does, Smith has got a little something she wants to say.

“It’s ridiculous,” the former Playboy Playmate of the Year said while seated in a wheelchair as she checked out of the hospital.

“I’m being called a liar, a fake,” Smith was quoted as saying. “I’ve had IVs in my arms and in my feet, in my thigh. … I’ve been tortured here and they’re acting like I came here and ho, ho, ooh, I’m having (intravenous) drugs.”

For those who don’t already know, Smith has been in an inheritance trial since early October. The buxom blonde was injured about two weeks ago in a dumbbell accident, requiring the hospitalization that led to her missed court dates.
