On Wednesday, actress Ashley Judd married racing star Dario Franchitti in Scotland at an undisclosed location, though it is widely believed the ceremony took place in Skibo Castle, where Madonna married director Guy Ritchie last year.
Close family and friends were in attendance, according to announcements made by Judd‘s publicist on Wednesday. Sister Wynonna Judd served as bridesmaid and other celebrity guests included Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones, according to Reuters.
Judd and Franchitti had been engaged for almost two years.
In other nuptial news, Titanic star Kate Winslet was granted an uncontested divorce from her director husband Jim Threapleton on Thursday after three years of marriage. Both Winslet and Threapleton declined to attend the court proceedings.
They have one child between them–a one-year-old daughter, Mia.
