Plant and Page reunite … again

Former Led Zeppelin bandmates Jimmy Page and Robert Plant will share the stage July 7 at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland as part of a special event called Good Rockin’Tonight: A Tribute to Sun Records. According to Launch.com, the concert also will feature Sun Records veterans Jerry Lee Lewis, Billy Riley, Sonny Burgess and Little Milton. There is no word on whether the two will reunite in the future. “I’ve spent most of my time trying to propose scenarios whereby we could do this or we could do that, and Robert didn’t want to do anything,” Page told Launch last year. Recently, Page was forced to end last year’s tour with the Black Crowes after suffering a back injury, while Plant readys to start a North America tour on May 25 with his new band, Strange Sensation.
