Patrick Stewart has told a Star Trek convention in Blackpool, England, that fans of the TV series can expect to see Kate Mulgrew, who starred in the Star Trek: Voyager spinoff, in a Star Trek feature film “very soon.” As reported by the Canadian Web site Jam, Stewart, who appeared on stage alongside Mulgrew at the convention, also denied rumors that his Star Trek character, Jean-Luc Picard, would be killed off in the next Trek theatrical feature. He indicated that production of the movie, currently untitled, is due to start shooting in October.
