Quote of the Day: Kid Rock on getting the party started

Kid Rock, whose self-admitted red-neck qualities don’t seem to mesh with the strange sounds of Radiohead, to Q magazine:

“If I have a party on tour I’m not going to grab for the Radiohead CD to get the party started. I don’t hate them, I just don’t understand them. I’ve listened to their music and it does nothing for me.

“They can go out and be sad and I’ll pick ’em up.”
