The naked truth about Survivor winner Richard Hatch: he’s not going away anytime soon.
Hatch–who has stretched out his 15 minutes of Survivor fame with book deals and sporadic TV guest appearances–was arrested on Tuesday in Middletown, R.I., after a domestic squabble with his boyfriend.
According to Reuters, Hatch turned himself in to police after the dispute. He was soon released and now faces misdemeanor assault charges of assault. He’ll head to court on Sept. 7 to face the charges.

As of Tuesday, Hatch had no comment on the matter.
