The one-time Material Girl who has become the Pregnant One for the second time is about to launch her latest video today at 4 p.m. EDT on MTV.
“Music” is a tongue-in-cheek look at the hip-hop culture, complete with gaudy gold jewelry, breakdancing and big-booty-shakin’ strippers.

It’s “ghetto fabulous,” Madonna says of the video to Entertainment Weekly.
“Music” also officially kicks off the hype behind Madonna’s next record (due Sept. 19) of the same name.
