Madonna is pregnant. Again. Madonna The world’s most famous single mom today confirmed she’s expecting her second child. The dad? (That is, after all, the question in a Madonna‘s-pregnant story.) Well, this time the answer is: Brit director Guy Ritchie (“Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels“).

Madonna‘s record label says the singer/actress/icon is three months along, meaning (a) the new kid should arrive around September; and, (b) we now have a better idea how she and Ritchie rang in New Year’s.
“We would be grateful if the media would kindly allow us some privacy at this special time and we thank you for all your good wishes,” Ritchie said in a statement.
For those keeping score at home, Madonna is 41; Ritchie, 31. The two sparked a romance last year. While the M One has dropped the “M” word in interviews of late, the pair have announced no plans to firm up their commitment. Except for, you know, the baby thing.
Madonna has a 3-year-old daughter, Lourdes, by trainer Carlos Leon.
