The latest on the Puff Daddy trial: Delayed! A judge today said that he’s looking to set a trial date for Sean “Puffy” Combs for late this year or early next year.
Combs, 30, and two others were arrested in late December after a shooting in a New York nightclub. Combs is charged with gun possession and bribery. His actress-girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez, was released in the incident.
CONFESSION: Charlton Heston, the non-Ape in 1968’s “Planet of the Apes” and the current president of the National Rifle Association, revealed that he had spent three weeks in an alcohol rehab program last spring. The actor’s publicist said that the 75-year-old Heston checked himself into a Utah facility from late May to mid-June.
