In today’s karma report, ex-jock/unemployable actor O.J. Simpson was attacked in a Miami hotel Wednesday by his 25-year-old girlfriend who “was slapping the kicking **** out of him,” police and eyewitness reports say. Christine Prody was asked to leave the Wyndham Hotel, but was not arrested. Simpson downplayed the incident and declined to press charges.
“There’s been a misunderstanding,” he told a Miami TV station. “She wasn’t fighting me or beating me.”
But police were called to the scene and several hotel guests complained about the racket. Prody was said to be upset because she had to walk to the hotel after her car got a flat tire.
Simpson, who augmented his acclaim on the gridiron with a minor Hollywood career (“The Towering Inferno,” “Capricorn One,” etc.), is perhaps best known for being found liable in a civil court for the slayings of his ex-wife and another man.
