Jackie Chan is due to film at least parts of the sequel to his 2000 surprise hit Shanghai Noon in Ireland next April, according to the website ShowBiz Ireland, citing sources close to the country’s Ardmore studios.
Titled Shanghai Nights, the film will be the second project to bring the Hong Kong actor to Ireland in one year, the website observed, noting that some location scenes for his upcoming film The Highbinder were shot in Dublin last summer.
